Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkjok ("pkjok", "we", "us", "the Platform") in respect of your use of the pkjok website, mobile interface and all related services offered at pkjok.org. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pkjok platform you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not use pkjok.

pkjok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of pkjok after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. These Terms are written in English; in the event of any translation, the English version prevails.

1. Player Eligibility Requirements

Use of the pkjok platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. pkjok conducts age and identity verification checks and will close any account found to be in breach of these requirements without notice.

• 1.1You must be at least 21 years of age. pkjok is strictly an adult gambling platform and does not permit access to anyone under 21. Proof of age may be requested at any time, including at registration, during a withdrawal request, or following a routine compliance review.
• 1.2You must be a natural person registering in your own name with accurate, current and complete personal information. Registering on behalf of another person, using false details, or using a pseudonym is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
• 1.3Each player may hold only one (1) pkjok account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same player (based on device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, name or any other identifying factor), pkjok reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
• 1.4pkjok does not permit players who are employees, contractors, or immediate family members of pkjok staff, or employees of software providers, payment processors or other business partners of pkjok, to hold an active playing account. Such persons must disclose their relationship to pkjok support at [email protected] before registering.

2. Account Registration, Verification and Security

When you register a pkjok account you accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through that account. You must keep your login credentials confidential at all times and take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

• 2.1You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number at registration. This number is used for account verification, password recovery and security notifications. pkjok may verify this number via OTP at any point during the account lifecycle. Providing a number that does not belong to you is a breach of these Terms.
• 2.2KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before pkjok processes any withdrawal request or at any other time deemed necessary by pkjok's compliance team. KYC documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• 2.3You are responsible for the security of your pkjok account. You must notify pkjok support at [email protected] immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. pkjok will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to notify us promptly.
• 2.4pkjok may suspend or close your account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering or collusion; provision of false registration details; failure to pass KYC verification; prolonged inactivity; or on receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• 2.5You must not share access to your pkjok account with any third party, including family members or friends. Bets placed by any person accessing your account are binding on you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pkjok support immediately and change your password.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on pkjok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pkjok supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and selected bank transfer methods. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

• 3.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and any promotional offer conditions in effect at the time of deposit. pkjok does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile financial service provider (e.g. bKash or Nagad) may apply their standard transaction fees.
• 3.2Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. pkjok aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of verification; actual transfer times depend on the receiving payment service. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• 3.3All payment methods used on pkjok must be registered in your own name and must correspond to the identity information held on your pkjok account. Using a payment method registered in another person's name is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• 3.4pkjok does not accept deposits originating from third parties, credit facilities or funds the source of which cannot be verified by standard AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures. If pkjok suspects that deposited funds originate from illegal activity, those funds may be frozen pending investigation and relevant authorities may be notified.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

pkjok may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers or other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the offer in which they are granted, as well as these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

• 4.1All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games and expiry period are specified in each offer's individual terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• 4.2Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus per player is permitted. A qualifying deposit is a deposit made from a personal payment method registered in the player's own name, meeting the minimum deposit threshold of the offer, and not constituting a chargeback or reversed transaction.
• 4.3pkjok reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice to players. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a player has met the wagering requirement, any bonus balance and winnings derived solely from that bonus will be removed from the player's account.
• 4.4Bonuses may not be transferred between players. Any attempt to transfer, sell, trade or otherwise make available bonus funds to a third party will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure. pkjok actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse and collusive play.

5. Prohibited Activities and Fair Play Policy

pkjok is committed to maintaining a fair, secure and enjoyable environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities.

• 5.1Fraud, including but not limited to: using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials; making deposits via chargebacks or disputed transactions; exploiting software errors or technical glitches to obtain an unfair advantage; or submitting false identity documentation during KYC.
• 5.2Collusion between players, including coordinating bets to exploit bonus structures, sharing funds across multiple accounts, or using multiple accounts to guarantee a return on promotional offers (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "scalping"). pkjok's detection systems monitor for statistical patterns consistent with collusion.
• 5.3Money laundering: using pkjok as a vehicle to clean, conceal or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. pkjok complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Any funds identified as proceeds of crime will be frozen and surrendered.
• 5.4Use of automated software, bots, scripts, data-harvesting tools or any other non-human means to access, scrape or interact with the pkjok platform. Any player found to be using automated tools will have their account permanently closed and all accumulated balances forfeited without recourse.

6. Responsible Gaming Obligations

pkjok takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The following clauses form part of these Terms and reflect pkjok's commitment to player welfare. Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their lives are encouraged to use the tools described below or contact support at [email protected].

• 6.1pkjok offers deposit limit tools that allow players to set daily, weekly or monthly BDT deposit caps on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the higher limit comes into force. Decreasing a limit is immediate.
• 6.2Players may request a temporary time-out (cooling-off period) of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days by contacting pkjok support. During a time-out, the account is locked and no bets may be placed. At the end of the time-out period, the account automatically reactivates unless the player requests a longer exclusion period.
• 6.3Players may request permanent self-exclusion at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being acknowledged. A self-excluded player's account will be permanently closed and they will be removed from all pkjok marketing lists immediately.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the pkjok platform — including but not limited to the pkjok brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, images, audio and video materials, game interfaces, odds data and any other materials — is the exclusive property of pkjok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or modify any part of the pkjok platform without prior written consent from pkjok. Game content is licensed to pkjok by third-party game providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi, and their respective intellectual property rights are fully reserved.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

pkjok provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkjok disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. pkjok does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. pkjok will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but makes no binding guarantee of uptime.

In no event will pkjok, its directors, employees, agents or licensors be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the pkjok platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, even if pkjok has been advised of the possibility of such damages. pkjok's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of related events will not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Amendments to These Terms

pkjok reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. The current version of these Terms, marked with its effective date, will always be available on this page at pkjok.org/terms-conditions. Your continued use of pkjok following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using pkjok and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected]. Material changes that significantly affect player rights will be communicated via a notice on the pkjok homepage for a period of not less than 7 days before taking effect.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pkjok's primary operational language for all legal and support communications is English. Any dispute between a player and pkjok that cannot be resolved informally through pkjok's support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the dispute being raised will be subject to binding arbitration. Players may also contact pkjok support at any time to raise a formal complaint; pkjok will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aims to resolve them within 28 business days.
